It is said that the HTC phones that make use of the patent will not be allowed to be sol d in the US from the dates of April 19 2012 as they are in breach of Apple’s rights. It is thought that despite this, the phone giant will not really be hurt by the banning of the phones as they will quickly find a workaround to the patent.
